Restore my purchase on a new iPhone or iPad
Sign in to the same Apple Account you bought with, open Viewfinder and tap Restore Purchase. One purchase covers your iPhone and your iPad.
- Check the device is signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase (Settings, your name, Media and Purchases).
- Open Viewfinder. On the locked screen, tap Restore Purchase.
- The app opens and stays open, with no further charge. A purchase does not depend on a Cutvey membership.
The price is $19.99, once, in the US, shown in your own currency by the App Store. The Apple Watch app comes with the iPhone app at no extra cost.
If that didn't work
If the App Store says there is nothing to restore, the purchase was probably made on another Apple Account. Send us the purchase date and the receipt email from Apple and we will help you find it.
