Use Viewfinder with my Cutvey account
Tap Sign in with Cutvey and enter the email you use for Cutvey, then the code we send. Seats on Solo, Pro, Studio and Enterprise plans include Viewfinder on up to three of your devices.
- On the first locked screen, tap Sign in with Cutvey.
- Enter the email you sign in to Cutvey with, then the one-time code from your inbox. If your workspace asks for an authenticator code, enter that too.
- Viewfinder opens. Your iPhone and iPad share one activation when they use the same Apple Account, on up to three devices.
The app keeps working offline for up to seven days after it last reached Cutvey, then asks you to sign in again. It is included while you are a member of the workspace. A one-time purchase is yours for good, whatever happens to a workspace.
If that didn't work
The free crew account, crew seats and archived seats do not include Viewfinder. If the app says your plan or seat does not include it, ask the workspace owner, or write to us with the workspace name. If it says access through your workspace is paused, there is nothing to do on the device: the app opens again by itself once the workspace's access is back. A new phone signs in again, because the activation is kept on each device.
